Sponsor Workless in Tivat.

A small invite-only gathering of founders, builders, and speakers using AI inside real companies, on the Adriatic, in late July. This page explains the partner options we are open to.

I.

Guest list

One hundred internationally recognised founders, builders, and speakers, plus a closed circle of twenty VIP guests across the three days. The speaker roster currently stands at 20 contributors and is updated as the line-up confirms.

Their collective creator and professional reach sits at 20M+ across YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and newsletters. Several guests run businesses that, taken together, generate in excess of half a billion dollars in annual revenue. They are decision makers about tooling, hiring, and where to place capital.

What you do not get: a hall full of the curious. What you do get: a small group of people already using AI in delivery, operations, education, sales, and support.

II.

The format

Three days in Tivat, on the Bay of Kotor. The schedule is fixed and intentionally narrow.

No booths, no exhibition floor, no badge wall. Sponsor presence is built around useful moments: a guest seat, a dinner, a short demo, a recap credit, or a practical session.

A small guest list, not a crowd

The cap of one hundred plus twenty is deliberate. Sponsors meet people by name, not by scanning badges in a hall.

A long earned-media tail

The speakers and builders at Workless publish to a combined audience of 20M+. Recap content, founder breakdowns, and short clips continue to circulate for months after the gathering closes.

Useful integration

Brand presence is shaped around something guests would value anyway: a short demo, a co-named day, a hosted dinner, or quiet recognition in the recap.

What is possible

Three named tiers and an open bespoke option. The figures below are approximate ranges; every scope is negotiable and agreed together.

Tier I

  • Name on the post-event recap film card and the credits page.
  • Inclusion in the post-event playbook acknowledgements.
  • One named guest seat at the Main Gathering on 30 July, full day, dinner at sea included.
Tier II

Partner

approx. $15k to $30k
  • Everything in Supporter.
  • A short, co-branded moment inside the Main Gathering programme. We agree the useful version together: an intro, a demo slot, or a focused breakout.
  • Two seats at the dinner at sea on 30 July.
  • Named placement on workless.ai in a small partners block.
Tier III

Headline

bespoke, typically from $50k
  • Everything in Partner.
  • Co-named day or session, for example 'Adriatic Day, presented by ...'.
  • Primary placement across event collateral and the recap film card.
  • Optional deeper integration agreed case by case: workshop content, distribution swap, hosted dinner, product placement.

From the previous edition

The previous edition ran in Cape Town in February 2026: 230 attendees, 23 speakers, six days. The 2026 Montenegro edition is intentionally smaller and longer in residence.
