From the previous edition.
Workless is not starting from theory. The previous edition in Cape Town showed what mattered: one track, time between sessions, and enough space for people to keep talking at lunch, in the lobby, and after dinner.
The film is included because it shows the pace better than a claims page can: people arriving, sitting through one track, staying for the side conversations, and making the work visible.

What we learned.
Cape Town was larger and longer. Montenegro is smaller on purpose: fewer guests, a shorter programme, and more time near the people each guest came to meet.

What we keep
The previous edition drew 230 attendees over 6 days. Workless 2026 brings the useful parts to Montenegro: one track, a confirmed speaker group, and guests already using AI inside real companies.
The combined audience is 20M+, but scale is not the point on its own. The useful question is who shows up, what they build, and whether the guest list creates conversations that would be hard to arrange anywhere else.
The promise is practical. Cape Town gives us a tested starting point: keep the programme focused, keep the group close, and leave enough unscheduled time for the best conversations to happen.
