In Tivat, the airport, marina, hotel, and bay sit close together. You can land, reach Porto Montenegro in minutes, and keep the whole gathering near the water.
That is why we chose it. The group can stay compact: one hotel for the main day, dinners within walking distance, and the coast close enough to use instead of talk about.
